Where we tested it
The fan test
TaskThe model had to write a continuation of the scene “someone knocks and she opens” fifteen times.
An unknown adult stood at the door in 63.3% of continuations, while the wording barely repeated from one continuation to the next.
The silence test
TaskThe model had to stay quiet for a moment; the correct reply had zero characters.
It did not stay silent in any of its three tries. Once it wrote only "Silence." and another time it explained in broken Czech why the task could not be done.
Dragon
TaskThe model's task was to draw a picture of a dragon as an SVG.
4 points out of 50. It did not claim tools it didn't have.
The zero test
TaskThe model had to answer a message that contained nothing but fourteen zeros.
In all three tries it recognized that it had received a string of zeros and asked what to do with it. Once it counted twelve of them instead of fourteen.
