Where we tested it
The fan test
TaskThe model had to write a continuation of the scene “someone knocks and she opens” fifteen times.
Most often a stranger stands at the door, in 60% of the continuations, but it words each one differently.
The silence test
TaskThe model had to stay quiet for a moment; the correct reply had zero characters.
It stayed silent in only one of six tries. Otherwise it wrote three dots, the Czech word for silence between asterisks, or, three times, a literal end-of-sequence tag <|eos|>.
Dragon
TaskThe model's task was to draw a picture of a dragon as an SVG.
30 points out of 50, a shared 12th place among 34 dragons.
A voice above the world
TaskThe model had to play the night warden of a locked observatory and then either, at my request from outside the scene, play a voice above the world, or hear me shout its name from inside the scene.
Asked from outside the scene, it answered out of character like matter-of-fact tech support and froze the scene in the meantime. It let the shout of its name pass as noise, and the warden did not even come back to the door.
